North Auckland - Whangarei - Northland
Duncansby Road, Stanmore Bay
A challenging 372 square metre, three storey build upon a confined clifftop site. An example of our team working with the client to value engineer the build maintaining the core design whilst delivering the project at a cost effective price.
Meridian Place, Matapouri
A beach house designed to comply with the covenants of the developments architectural review committee, elevated 700mm above ground level to meet flood plain requirements. The greatest challenge of this project was the need to completely submerge the 50,000 litre water tanks below ground level on a high water table site.
Michel Colombon Close, Whangarei
A 3 bedroom single level dwelling orientated to maximise the rural aspect of the section.The property was designed to meet the needs of the retiree's and professionals in the property market in this area.
